I didn’t build SalDevo because I wanted to be a consultant. I built it because I saw the same story play out too many times—great businesses hitting a ceiling, not because of a lack of ambition, but because they were stuck in a cycle of firefighting instead of scaling.
For 20+ years, I worked inside businesses—not just at the top, but at every level—scaling sales, fixing broken processes, and leading teams to success. I’ve turned loss-making businesses around, doubled market share, and built structures that kept businesses thriving long after I moved on.
But here’s the thing...
Too many founders were stretched too thin, unable to step back and build a truly scalable business. Not because they lacked talent or drive, but because they didn’t have the right systems, processes, or resource to break through to the next level.
